-Experience with interesting and complicated high profile investments. -Incredibly smart and talented people -Very little micro managing
Cons
-Authority is concentrated solely with Founders - Principal / MD level positions have little authority and just implement what is told of them by the founders -Not much room for growth / responsibility after VP level on investments / PO. -People are not valued and considered replaceable
