When job security is 0 (zero) so what would be the pros. Is it a good thing ? if they are giving salary on time and snacks in office. Personally I don't think so. 1. Stability - 10% 2. Good Projects in pipeline - No project 3. Employee Respect - is nothing here. 4. Worst sales team (Everyone is trying to save own JOB HERE, This is reality if CIGNEX Datamatics)
Cons
Firing is habit of Cignex Datamatics. They do this thing in a very dramatic way. Just setup a meeting with Recruitment team and said please Deposit/Drop the Laptop Today Only. (Yes, they give 2 months salary) but no self respect of employee. After that HR will never give you explanation. Or even you will try to contact NO answer from that side. I have PROOF. Whatsaap - this also a JOKE. HR is busy in watching movies, Celebrating Pet's b'day, Most of the time, she is travelling than how can she know that what's going in office. She is not bothered about the Technical Person. What is the ROLE of HR here ? @HR, When sales person are taking decision of firing than WHY ARE YOU THERE ? Almost half of the employee left Cignex or they got fired. I want to ask to HR after or on firing, Have you try to speak to your employee? Bangalore office strength reduced to half. Second Time, They failed in Noida. No Stability, They are doing completely out sourcing. 3 months here , 3 months there. If you have family, Please DO NOT JOIN CIGNEX.
