      Insurance. If crews were fully staffed the PTO would be good.

      Cons

      Poor Management. High turnover means mandatory overtime. Employees are not respected.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
