Pros
Chs inc is a huge company and has many divisions, but I worked in the transportation department and they treat you well as long as you do not ask questions and just do what they say.
Cons
If you get someones bad list, they are quick to get rid of you, that is what happened to me, I worked there for 3 years and had no issues,and I was getting great complements from boss. But I went out of route a couple miles from my destination and took my half hour break early, required by DOT regulation. They fired me for it. There is alot of favoritism there.
