Pros
Good starting pay for most positions. Good benefits. Easy on boarding/interviewing. Good work life balance, depending on position.
Cons
Promotions are very linear, and you find yourself in competition with a lot of other candidates. Many higher level jobs are multi-regional (in my area at least) and so you are competing with two regions and your co workers for promotions. While benefits are really good, you pay for them. They are expensive.
