Pay was good and bonuses are awesome if you have a good team of management

Managers are often relocated so it becomes a challenge regarding bonuses. With a consistent revolving door of management, often times they create a mess of ignorance trying to do things the way the former location ran. Takes roughly 6 months to finally get the groove back as a team
