Great starting point for a career - Anonymous employee CHC Employee Review

Great support system for all team members. All of the departments support each other and are willing to help with whatever issue may arise. I feel like part of a team. Many employees have been here for a long period of time which shows how great it is here.

I don't have anything negative to say about CHC. I really enjoy working here and would recommend to anyone.

Wide variety of acuity, fair pay, PTO, Benefits, 12 Hour Shifts (3 Days p/week), MD, Sheriff Staff, Facility, independance, team work among the nursing staff, Great educational oppotunities for new nurses ( from staff, not company)

Management is inept, threatening, rigid, poor listeners/communicators, no direction, aimless, lack of planning, ignores reports and concerns of employees, no annual raises for 3+ years for all staff, poor training, lack of in-services for staff, general disrespect for the employee(s)
