The agency is small (max 5 employees) at any given point in time, so good exposure compared to a larger agency. In the past, good client brand names.
Cons
Unethical and unprofessional environment in terms of lack of honesty to both clients and employees. Senior management can be very condescending and often mistakes staff members for personal secretaries with a high volume of unneeded micromanaging. Similar to some other agencies, very high turnover rate even though small and extremely high client turnover rate in terms of maintaining clients aside from a few. No team atmosphere or employee morale. Senior staff has no problem talking about employees behind their back rather than professionally addressing their staff to help them achieve goals and grow professionally. Salary not consistent with area standards.
