      Surely Top 2 Chinese recruiting agency in 200-500 size. Best resource flow in the industry and commision strcuture. Good working vibe, clear promotion path.

      Cons

      Only the top 1% headhunter can survive. 0 WLB in first 3 months, tough landing. High pressure from leader when you are underperforming.
