      Pros

      Bonus is pretty good and the workplace is good and with option to work flexibility.

      Cons

      It was a great company when it was still an independent company. However, since CBA took it over, the CBA culture has corrupted. It is about cost cutting, down sizing and outsourcing. Not a great culture under CBA.
