Good management, no micro-managing. Treated with respect.

No cons I can think of.

Good salary and bonuses. A lot of great coworkers, and some project managers very solid. Good place for new engineers to learn key skills very quickly.

Sporadic workload, nothing to do some weeks and staying until 10pm other weeks. Poor communication between ownership and employees. Certain managers are on power trips and have no respect for the time of their project engineers, with unrealistic deadline changes with short notice, and requiring unnecessary admin work and oversight that interferes with the design process. Often outright disrespectful language. Effectively no benefits outside base salary and bonuses.
