Pros
Competitive pay, challenging work, diverse leadership
Cons
Got hired at full time. Never got full time hours in the six months I worked there. The first time my hours were cut was while I was out sick with COVID, in the middle of which my supervisor told me she was concerned that I didn't have the bandwidth to meet a client's needs and she was transferring them. While I was out with COVID. I spent the next six months asking for full time work so I could qualify for benefits, since my kids didn't have health insurance. They told me weekly that it was just around the corner. But my hours only decreased further, until I was down to about 40 hours a month. They never expressed that I was being withheld work, only spoke positively of me, and yet refused to give me more hours until I finally quit. It's pretty clear their policy is to drag people along until they quit to avoid paying unemployment. What a disheartening and frustrating experience.
