      Nice people. great location. Lots of work

      Cons

      Nice to try a different role but there was absolutely no training. The two gents in charge at the time in specific department came form the field and really seemed to struggle to teach 'newbies' in the estimating dept. Lots of downtime and then lots of undetermined explanations

      Pros

      Big enough company to 'blend into' . Downside, they lose who you are. Big company with large reputation, big shoes to fill.

      Cons

      They are known in the industry as "Can't Finish Construction". They used to have great resources, now under new ownership, they are being held to budgets and are struggling.
