Pros

The only reason to work in this company is, if it´s your first job! You get the opportunity to work along colleagues with the same age (young workforce). The "Matosinhos" building as a great location, in front of the beach.

Cons

The management and the managers across all functions are extremely "poor" and unprofessional. There is no objetive nor plan within the company, so you can expect changes of goals daily. Furthermore, you can expect from line managers a "yes, sir" mentality with no management skills or people skills. Recognition of work is base on your personal relation with managers, so do not expect a real performance evaluation. The overall technical competence is limited. Nature of projects are mainly state funded, so do not expect an industrial environment.

Pros

Small company, good environment, a lot of freedom to work. Nice installations.

Cons

Bad management, no direction, it appears that the company's higher level are completely obsolete to the rest of the company.

Pros

The organization operates in a sector with purpose and long-term potential, which can be appealing to professionals who value meaningful work. There are also committed individuals across the business who contribute positively to the environment.

Cons

As with many organizations in transition, there are opportunities to improve internal communication, role clarity, and alignment across teams. At times, employees may experience differences between strategic intentions and day-to-day execution. Some processes could benefit from greater consistency, particularly in supporting employees and ensuring clearer expectations across the organization. These factors can make it difficult to maintain engagement and long-term retention of talented employees.
