Pros
Salary, benefits and the people make it an enjoyable environment. Can be difficult at times when communications don't come out but everyone knows something prior to said communication. It is what you make it, you just need to be a strong individual with a thick skin.
Cons
Being the supplier directly to GM, the uncertainty of whether you will have a job is painful. It is all based on demand.
