-Senior management largely unqualified; furthermore, most are on first tour in their respective positions. -Internal training mostly nonexistent, with exception for regulatory protection (anti-corruption laws, anti-discrimination etc.) Internal procedures also weak or nonexistent; -Corporate culture dominated by protecting one's position or territory; information hoarding is widespread. There is little room for pro-activity or participation. -Employee education (including senior management) is average and mostly from third tier universities.
