Mean and rude management who dont care about how good a job you‘ve done. They think your job can be replaced anytime. Management requires a clean/organized work area at all time and often have another pair of eyes spying and walking around. No appreciation from upper management on good performance workers. Manage employees just like managing kindergarden kids. Worst management I have seen.
