Overall in this position people can learn and experience A LOT. Useful experience for later in life regarding logistics career.
Cons
They will be responsible for full time supervisor/manager related tasks for a not so attractive salary. Entire contracts have to be managed by one person that usually requires 3-4 people. Stressful and very responsible role for a low compensation.
