      Great, friendly and skilled people. Stability. Compensation was good.

      No/little career opportunities (same management for the last 15 years) Niche product - no growth (almost flat business, flat headcount)

      Strong technical team that are very dedicated and focused on working as a team to solve tough problems as they bring new products to market.
