Nice ambiance, smart employees. Salaries are rather high, but no extra benefits
Cons
No career progression, management is lost. Top down culture, you must follow you boss into the wall. I've some seen some arguable practices, most managers would be fired in no time from other Fortune 500 companies if they would behave the same.
