Pros

Startup, easy to get to know every coworker

Cons

CEO cares more about eating lunch for over an hour than their employees. A lot of bugs with their software and wasn't really trying to fix them. A lot of downtime

Pros

Owner and COO have engineering backgrounds. They are very engaged in driving the development and improvements in the core product. All Remote Work (to date) Small, multicultural, internationally-disbursed team

Cons

Not for you if you require a lot of structure, routine, or existing SOP resources [to date] to guide you through the work. Requires a lot of documentation as we work. No hoodies (to date)

Pros

Coworkers were great people and extremely hard working, could be a strong team if cons are addressed.

Cons

Pay was terrible (at least 20k under market). The product could've made a difference in the healthcare and financial industries, had it been in working condition 2 years ago. Communication between departments was lacking and directly hurting the company. A lot of gossip regarding money, people and work ethic which can bring down company culture. Recently CellTrust went through due diligence for VC money and prior to receiving the money the owners told employees that the money would be used to bring everyone up to market and hire some new people. Once they received the money, they told the company that the money was not going to be for raises and the 10.5 million would be used for new employees only (who would be hired on at market) and started laying off employees.
