      Great benefits, profit sharing, work/life balance

      micro-managed organization....no input....management only had feedback and only a few in upper management. Failed to listen to ideas of team.

      Pros

      Working at CEIA USA has been one of the most rewarding steps in my career. After years in the B2B building products industry, it's meaningful to now be part of a company that directly contributes to public safety. Leadership trusts me to use my skills and supports my growth. The PTO and benefits are great, and the facility is new and also expanding.

      No hybrid option for office employees.
