      There are a few good people on the developer side that notice the struggles on the other side of the house and they understand.

A lot of lies from leadership The recruiting team shares licenses for LIR and MAJOR RECRUITING TECH EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE AND USE. EIDFDFA doesn't mean a thing anymore.

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
