      A supportive and collaborative work environment where you are valued as a member of the team. Culture promotes learning, open communication, teamwork, work/life balance and fun while staying dedicated to delivering excellent results to the client. A very positive work experience!

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
