Pros

They give an opportunity to unexeperienced people (which makes sense since experienced employees would never accept the working conditions in CEI). Small team of young professionals Opportunity to evolve (as most of the team members leave before a year of work in the company, it is quite easy to take their place, but don't be fooled, the wages will stay inexistant)

Cons

- Low wages - Poor management (the management team is not qualified as they have been given an opportunity to evolve in the company but no tools have been put into place for them to learn how to manage a team) - Only French environment - Not a trustful atmosphere, we are being watched by the team, emails are being checked, photos are being taken... - There is no care given to the employees or even to the customers. Money is the only things that counts - Several employees had a hard time getting their paperwork at the end of their employment

Pros

The team is very welcoming. They really help you to progress and to feel at ease. Managers are often opened to ideas which offers a lot of versatility. Also, the office is very well located, in the center of Dublin, close to many shops and key places.

Cons

The only issue is that there are punctual rush times, where workload can be quite difficult to handle, but this is easily compensated by the great atmosphere at the office.

Pros

A good place to have a first experience in London. Young and dynamic team. Many social activities.

Cons

Very poor management and salaries. French environment only. Too much focused on profits while customers satisfaction is not perceived as important. No long term development strategies. No change.
