Nepotism has destroyed company - Anonymous employee CEDA Employee Review

Nepotism at the executive has destroyed the company morale and put people in positions they are not qualified for. Way too top heavy due to appointments of friends to unneeded executive positions. Company continues to cut pay and wages of the "workers" while appointing their friends to senior positions. No work life balance. Favouritism is rampant and no potential for advancement unless you are in the "club". Would never recommend this company.
