CDM Smith does not offer paid time off related to FMLA outside of STD. This is very troubling. Also, there should be a dedicated mother's room in every office, where it has been made clear that no other employees should be allowed to use it. In addition, there is no annual bonuses for my level (I am an intermediate level in marketing but not management.) I have had bonuses at all other companies I have worked for. Maybe they would make this up with increases, but not so far.
