Pros
Until a substantial management change nearly 4 years ago, the company was exceptionally well run and the clients served beat a path to their former Cambridge, MA office by the droves.
Cons
As with any senior level shake ups, a lot of decent people were furloughed and some poor performers were able to hang on. Once Hickey goes, only the good Lord knows what will become of this once iconic company.
