Certain managers will go above and beyond for you, give you the support with need when you are trying to start a career. Good training with vendors / in house specialists
Cons
Division was taken over beginning of this year, and the support was awful. No support, you’re treated as a number and they would rather scare you out of the role with intense pressure than support you to get back on your feet. If you’re not making them consistent money they do not care for you. Found myself reaching out to old management rather than new. Multiple value-able employees left due to feeling too stressed out and under valued. The way you were spoken to by senior management half the time was enough to make you want quit. They make you believe that CCS is the only route of success, upon leaving, I can confirm there are much better companies out there will great career progression and support to make you the best you can be.
