Very flexible with work hours and working from home. Max hours I've seen is 55 during busy season, so great when compared to the amount of hours other firms will make you go through during that time
Managers are supportive and environment is work friendly, especially women with kids love the liberty of work timings

You have to be division leaders fav to stay or progress in the company. they do play favs in the team. Never really give correct or clear answers everything is vague and left to last minute crisis or reporting, they show they are helpful but its all over the place.
