CCIM has a collegial work environment and great work/life balance policies. Leadership is open to new ideas and initiatives, which allows staff to feel truly vested in their work.

The CCIM work environment fosters initiative. Therefore, it might be a challenging workplace if an employee needs micro-managing or is not open to jumping in to help with work that might be outside the box.

Employee benefits are decent but not enough to say that is a pro.

Very poorly run and having its members make decisions and using the company's assets to help themselves and their business is unethical.
