      Learned alot, not bad pay.

      Cons

      Constant micro-management from supervisors who would could care less about fulfilling their roles. No recognition of positive contributions. No thanks or pay increase or anything.

      Ability to grow and learn. Wide variety of skills to use and learn often. Pleasant coworkers. Allow you to really use problem solving.

      Micro-management can be horrendous and frustrating.

      Single shift, happy employees, lots of training including an apprenticeship program, new machinery
