LOTS of work - I clocked 65 hours a week on average Management does not listen when you voice your concerns or propose a new idea. Management implements policies and procedures at random increasing workload. Management is all about punishing you when you make a mistake (I.e. emails admonishing you to many people, cutting raise amount due to employee mistake/untruths, etc.) Micromanaged to the extreme
