Pros
Convenient location. Office is very nice. Free coffee, pop, water, soup and popcorn to employees at all times. Most people are friendly most of the time. Great hours.
Cons
There is absolutely no training and no recognition for hard work. Small groups like the insurance group are unorganized and are a train wreck. Grown adults act like high school aged men and women. More focused on utilizing the new program implemented instead of focusing on client needs. Producers treat you unprofessionally and are very condescending, especially if you are a female support person. As long as producers are bringing in the big money they can treat and talk to you anyway they like. You are just another number, absolutely replaceable. No respect, it doesn't matter how long you have worked for the company, if you disagree with the way things are being done you will be let go.
