Pros
CBIZ Accounting Tax & Advisory Services has good management and I like most, if not all, of the managers I work for. I have a lot of respect for their knowledge. Managers try not to overlook associates for the appropriate promotions. In the Los Angeles office, the managers do not micromanage, which is very important to me. Generally, they will give you an assignment and a deadline. Your job is to make sure you do your best job on the assignment by the deadline (The deadline is usually something you negotiate with your manager). Communication is key to having a successful relationship at CBIZ. Management do not require its employees to work a certain amount of hours, but do ask that they try to meet their "billable" goal.
Cons
The problem with the billable goal is that in the accounting industry, there isn't a steady stream of work throughout the year. For example, there is almost no work in November. As such, the work hours during "busy season" are more than many recent college graduates expect.
