Can be fast paced (which isn't everyone's cup of tea)

Excellent onboarding process and great friendly people to work with. I don't think I have ever experienced such a decent team atmosphere in a long, long time. No one judges you for asking questions, no one is stand-offish and management actually listens, which is a breath of fresh air in the corporate world. All of this despite them being acquired by EDF energy. To maintain your family ethos after being acquired by a large corporation is quite an achievement.
