The teams here at Capture 3D have a great culture and everyone is very helpful to one another.

Construction, lot of construction going on in the surrounding area currently

Technology, occasional work from home, some of the people

Do as i say not as i do upper management, everything is in the gray area, people in higher up positions don't know what they are doing and expect everyone else to do their work for them, VERY gossipy/clicky type environment, people who are "yes men" type personalities will do great there, but if you are a critical thinker and have good ideas that might differ from management, you will not climb the ladder at all. The pay is not that good and they dangle the carrot just enough to keep you around and not leave.
