Pros
The employees that work there are amazing and work hard to do great things for this community. I cannot say enough about the kind and wonderful people that tolerate this place for the benefit of other people.
Cons
Unfortunately, employees are underpaid and subject to the constantly changing whims of toxic executive leadership. Executive leadership also constantly talks trash about everyone, to everyone, including employees, directors, and elected officials on the board/committees. Some of this is recorded. Executive leadership is purposely “selective” in what they inform the boards/committees about.
