This review is more for those who want to make a career out of retail. This review is coming from a sales associate who has promoted to management level. If you land yourself in a high volume store, you will be able to work hard and promote yourself if you want to move up in retail with Calvin Klein. People come and go all the time in their high volume stores, and the people who are willing to work hard will be able to move up through the ladders of management. Regional level management in CK is generally very good, so try to learn what you can from them when you get the chance. A self reliant worker can figure out everything that they need to know to be able to promote themselves here, without much training, if they can remain on good terms with the promoting managers.

Cons

Sometimes local management in the stores is poor and lazy, and does not train associates well. A worker will need to be very self reliant to be able to promote - Do not expect help, figure everything out on your own and do your best to understand and follow CK's procedures or you will be kept down at the associate level. You will work hard and get payed little.
