Pros
CALIBRE acquired IMC in September. Since that time, I have had an incredibly positive experience. Everyone at CALIBRE has been very warm and welcoming. I am surprised by how engaged management is with everyone, especially the CTO, who I have seen do everything from working with clients to helping move furniture.
Cons
There have been some staff reductions, and people are afraid of being on the "bench"
