nel ringraziare per questa segnalazione, ci preme precisare che per quanto attiene i viaggi di lavoro, gli stessi hanno quasi sempre durata dal Lunedi’ mattina al Venerdi’ pomeriggio, in modo da permettere ai nostri dipendenti di passare il fine settimana a casa, salvo rare eccezioni legate ai progetti. Ci fa piacere, inoltre, poter confermare che CAI offre reali e concrete possibilità di crescita professionale, con programmi mirati di crescita personale e tecnica. In thanking you for this notification, we would like to clarify that as far as business trips are concerned, they almost always last from Monday morning to Friday afternoon, in order to allow our employees to spend the weekend at home, except for rare exceptions related to projects. Furthermore, we are pleased to confirm that CAI offers real and concrete opportunities for professional growth, with targeted programs for personal and technical development.

Pros

- Time and a half OT - There used to be an amazing 401k (15%+ESOP), that’s just been axed thanks to private equity buying us out - Good colleagues - Willing to train people - Good pay if you’re working OT and live in a cheap area

Cons

- Overtime far from guaranteed. Sometimes you’re scrapping to hit 40 hours. - Pay sucks in expensive areas - Project assignment is mostly luck of the draw? They need to be a copy-paste monkey? You’re a copy-paste monkey until the end of days. - Company did a lot of things to increase enterprise value in the short term in preparation for the buyout from private equity - Company repeatedly shorts people on raises and promotions and works to muddy the water on payscales and promotions.The middle has hollowed out because of lack of raise/promotions. People get 3 years and then bail. - Travel can be super heavy and last minute - Company far more bureaucratic than it needs to be
