Pros

1. It is definitely great place to start your first professional experience and you will get to learn a lot if you work hard. 2. Work life balance was nice for me. Work after 5pm was really rare. Never worked during weekend. 3. 20day vacation days even for entry level full-time position. But I hear it differs person by person.

Cons

1. As I climbed up little bit, I noticed that hard working employees are not well recognized. At least heads of my division don't seem to understand how/why they should keep those employees who contributes to the company a lot. 2. I got the impression that the company generally wants to fill those head positions only with French people from France. For certain cases, it would make much more sense if they promote local people (regardless of ethnicity) and allow them to manage their team locally as they would have much better understandings about local procedures and knowledge.

Pros

- Good work life balance. - Good atmosphere in my team.

Cons

- Salary is 30-40% under market, despite "above expectations" at performance reviews and consistent positive feedbacks. Run away if you're on a visa, they'll take advantage of you. - I agree with other comments, HR team is toxic, power play. - Slow. - Don't expect to be able to change things. - No IT culture, lots of manual tasks with low value added due to very poor IS. You'll spend half your time exporting data from legacy systems, manipulate the data and do low value added reporting. As an example, you need to go through a poorly designed UI to export a greek, and wait ~15/30min to proceed with another export. And you only have access to a quarter, so for a period of one year, it's 4 exports. Imagine having to export 3 different greeks over a year, that's 12 exports. - IT team couldn't whitelist yahoo finance endpoints after two years of back and forth with several IT teams.
