      Pros

      - The new President is outstanding, he listens and will compromise. - Coworkers are outstanding. - You can change anything you want.

      Cons

      - Culture is not so good but we as a team are working on that. - We are working on securing full time people on our lines. This is hard to do because the work is physically hard on your hands but we are currently working on solutions. - Wish there was more money to get the parts we need regularly.
