Team members are friendly and helpful. The company has good job security. I was impressed by the CEO sending multiple communication during the pandemic to reassure staff that their jobs are secure, and there would be no layoffs. Pretty rare nowadays. Also, it's nice that the company matches up to 8% for pension plan, compared to many companies who do 4-6%.
