Pros
Lots to like about CA. A great building in a really nice location. The Manor House and grounds are something no other software company can boast. There are several businesses within CA across mainframe, security, devops etc so lots of opportunity. The people are great.
Cons
You have to be a self-starter to thrive at CA. Not for those who need to be led.
