Pros
Pay packages are good. Infrastructure is above average. Feeling of working for a govt agency. Plenty of time to be lazy. Rest assured you would not be in company till the product goes live. Good place for someone looking for short term role.
Cons
1) no clear vision. 2) constant changing directions. 3) lack of understanding about technology market 4) laying off good employees to cover up losses. Lay off is not at all based on employee performance, but how much he is being paid. Laying off is done every 6 to 12 months 5) no transparency 6) products being sold are sold by saying its a Ca product and not on basis of how good they are.
