So the original old team members are favoured - just need to keep the old leadership team happy by praise them, copy them on all emails, make them feel very important, give hourly updates else people get panic attacks. Worst case of micromanagement. Poking your nose in others business when there is no need to. If you are a favourite of the original team you will do well and get undeserved promotions. Other People get fired for no reason - not just in india but in other countries too. india HR does nothing even though they know the kind of toxic culture - think they are also afraid of losing their jobs because the old leadership team rules in India.
