Pros
Its inhouse company and its well known aside from that I can't say to much still I'm grateful to have worked in an inhouse company.
Cons
I can't say too much because they might go after me but reconsider your choices there are other companies out there. It's not recommendable for someone who wants to eagerly build and improve skills since most of the time you'll be just handed with a task to accomplish on day to day basis meeting deadlines with no one to approach to or ask for help.
