      Pros

      Regular team drinks, relatively decent pay, other junior employees are nice

      Cons

      Failure in any ACA exam results in a meeting with a partner when they tell you you're lazy for failing because the exams are 'easy'. Very demeaning and little encouragement or respect from the top.
