Pros
One of the best workplaces I've ever had the opportunity to see real power dynamics at play. A great case study for that, for how influencers from the "lower ranks" can have a big effect on an inefficient management, and on how a toxic environment can make mostly all your employees turn against you. A must-experience if you want to found your own startup one day, as the perfect example of how not to do it.
Cons
The product is shameful, actually there is no real product. This company consists in milking a percentage of the earnings of YouTubers ("creators") for nothing in exchange at all. The new "strategy" is bribing some of the youngest creators with gadgets and lower commission taken to lure them into renewing the contract, although all of them are desperate to leave. Management is inflated (some mid-level management levels are unnecessary) and stubborn, lacking not only serious listening skills, but also grounded feet, and creativity (they only copy what proved to fail with other multi--channel networks). No career plan, no real benefits for employees (being in a co-working space that provides fortnightly breakfast is NOT a benefit, neither is "having the opportunity to work as a human", as they bizarrely state on their job postings).
